Evangelization Team
The Mission of St. Nicholas Evangelization Team is to plan and then implement initiatives that seek to evangelize and catechize our parish as well as reach out to the community to promote the Gospel and call others to join the Church.
We are always looking for new members to join the Evangelization Team! If you are interested in joining our team, please contact the parsh office at 610-767-3107.
The Evangelization Team actively participates in Eucharistic Adoration every Wednesday from 8:30AM to 6:30PM.
The Evangelization Team participates in the Sacraments of Initiative (Baptisms, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation) for parishioners as a means of family outreach.
We are actively seeking the following positions for Bereavement Ministry:
- Bereavement Coordinator: assigns a Liturgy Planner, Phone Callers, and Letter Writers to assist the bereaved family and keeps the ministry running.
- Liturgy Planners: selected for qualities of empathy, good people skills, and knowledge of the liturgy.
- Program Typists: typists to prepare the Mass of Christian Burial “Program” that is distributed at the beginning of the Funeral Mass.
- Altar Servers: adults who able to assist the priest and the family members immediately before and after the Funeral Mass.
- Phone Callers: follow-up phone contacts to the bereaved family after the funeral.
- Letter Writers: sends notes and “Thinking of You” letters to the family over the course of the following year.
- In addition, the Bereavement Ministry is actively engaged in the following activities:
- Praying of the Divine Mercy Chaplet: Every Wednesday and Friday at 3PM for recently deceased parishioners.
- Praying of the Holy Rosary: 30 minutes before each Mass, Wednesdays at 1PM and Fridays at 3PM for recently deceased parishioners.
A Rosary Society is forming at
St. Nicholas Parish
The Knights of Columbus strongly encourage the parishioners of St. Nicholas parish to
pray the Angelus daily for three (3) things:
1. Pray for the Church throughout the world.
2. Pray for Father Adam (our spiritual leader).
3. Pray for the Rosary Society to take root in our parish.

St. Nicholas Food Pantry Is Open
Collections are on the third weekend of the month. If you know of a family or person that can use a hand at this time, let Deacon Mike in the parish office know.
Caring Hands Knit/Crochet Group
We create comforting items to be donated to those in need within our area. For example: prayer shawls, lap robes, cancer hats, preemie & newborn hats and blankets...etc.
Second and Fourth Friday of each month from 10am-12pm in the social hall. We gladly accept donations of yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks & hat looms.

Church Cleaning
We are a caring group of individuals who make sure the church is always maintained appropriately to honor the Lord's presence.
